Nature of the Service

Union County Busted Mugshots is a private reference that points visitors toward official county jail, booking, court, Florida corrections, and federal custody resources. It holds no government record and cannot confirm custody, release anyone, accept a filing, or act for a public office.

Some pages also connect visitors with independent search tools. Those providers control their own services and results.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the site lawfully and without harming other people or the service. A user may not:

• violate a law or another person's rights;
• stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone;
• make hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions from site content;
• attempt access to accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
• run bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools; or
• interfere with the site's operation or another visitor's access.

No Consumer Reports

The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It provides no background check, credit report, consumer report, or screening service, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. Users agree not to rely on any information here for:

• hiring, firing, or another employment decision;
• housing or tenant screening;
• creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
• a license, permit, or government-benefit eligibility decision; or
• any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Third-Party Links

Links may lead to sheriff, jail, court, corrections, federal, news, legal-help, and commercial search resources. A link is not an endorsement. This site does not control an outside service's content, privacy practices, price, or availability, and users should review that service's terms.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its links are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that:

• information is accurate, complete, or current;
• access will always be uninterrupted;
• the service will be free from errors or security flaws; or
• a partner search will return every relevant result.

Custody and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by UCSO, the Union County Clerk, FDC, or another government agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its owners, operators, and partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site.

User Indemnity

A user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user's conduct, site use, or breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Material

Unless otherwise stated, the site's original text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Union County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or republished without written permission.

Changes to the Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. A revision takes effect when the updated version is posted.

Access May Be Revoked

Access may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time and without prior notice, including when conduct threatens the site, its users, or another person.

Florida Governing Law

Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Florida.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
